We only collect data you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, email, subject and message. We do not collect identifying data through analytics cookies, which are used only in aggregate, anonymised form.
2. Purpose of processing
We use data submitted through the contact form only to reply to your message. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
3. Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the contact form, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing. Technical service providers, such as our hosting company, may process it only as far as needed to run this site.
5. Data retention
We keep contact messages for as long as we need to resolve your request, and for no longer than 24 months.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. To exercise these rights, contact us through our contact page.
7. Under-18s
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from under-18s.
