Full review
NetBet’s UK site is operated by Netbet Enterprises Limited, which appears on the UK Gambling Commission public register under account number 39170 and remote licence 039170-R-319343-033. The licence covers remote casino, general betting (real and virtual events), pool betting and linked gambling software, and has been active since late 2017. All seven netbet.co.uk domains, including casino, live, poker and sport subdomains, are listed against it.
The register also records a regulatory action: the Commission found failings in the licensee’s anti-money-laundering and social-responsibility controls, and the operator agreed to a £650,000 payment in lieu of a financial penalty. We think players should know this, and you can read the full public statement on the register.
Accounts require age and identity verification before any deposit, in line with LCCP. Deposit limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion are available, and NetBet participates in GAMSTOP. Online slots follow the UK stake limits of £5 per spin (£2 for 18 to 24-year-olds), and bonus wagering is capped at 10 times the bonus.
